By accessing or using Human Design Zone you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Human Design Zone.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Human Design Zone offers tools, readings, and educational content related to Human Design and the Gene Keys. The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or suspend access temporarily without prior notice. We will give reasonable advance notice for planned downtime where possible.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will communicate significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately at support@humandesignzone.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Providing false information, including birth data that does not belong to you, does not affect the validity of these terms but may affect the accuracy of your readings.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions or trial limits is not permitted.

Entry Pass and Core Pass are paid once and grant permanent access to the features described at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

The ExperienceHD plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment. We will issue a full refund without requiring a reason. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a subscription payment fails, we will retry it and notify you by email. If the payment cannot be collected within 7 days, your subscription will be paused and access to subscription-only features suspended until the issue is resolved.

You may use the service for personal reflection, learning, and sharing content with others in a personal capacity. You may not use the service to build a competing product or to scrape content in bulk.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, or use automated means to interact with the service without our written consent.

If the service allows you to submit content (e.g. notes, comments), you retain ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

All text, graphics, charts, software, and other content produced by Human Design Zone is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

You own your personal data. We do not claim any rights over your birth data or the readings generated from it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

If you submit suggestions or feedback about the service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the product. We are not obligated to act on it or credit you.

Human Design and Gene Keys content on this platform is provided for educational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on readings from this service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that readings will be accurate, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and triggers permanent deletion of your personal data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give you reasonable notice unless the breach is severe or notice is not legally possible.

On termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Human Design Zone is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you additional rights.

We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects when they were last revised.
